Terry Gilliam
President
Terry has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is the President of Concrete Technology Services Mid-Atlantic, Inc. and Concrete Imaging, Inc., and he also serves as the Principal of Pavement Contracting Services, Inc. Terry has extensive knowledge of concrete construction and demolition. His expertise and support are invaluable to Concrete Imaging, Inc.
Jason Rockwell
Radiation Safety Officer
In 2007, Jason began his career at Concrete Imaging, Inc. as a radiographer's helper and has since advanced to the position of Radiation Safety Officer. Throughout his time at the company, Jason has acquired extensive experience and knowledge of all the services offered. He currently supports day-to-day operations and oversees the safety programs at Concrete Imaging, Inc.
Corey Fravel
Field Operations Manager
Corey started at Concrete Imaging, Inc. in 2007 as a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) helper. Over the years, he gained extensive experience and became the company’s most senior GPR technician. Additionally, Corey has worked with XRay technology, which has provided him with a solid understanding of the radiographic testing of concrete. His expertise and dedication make him an ideal choice for the position of Field Operations Manager.
Stephanie Morton
Office Administrator
Stephanie began her journey with Concrete Imaging, Inc. in 2009 as an administrative assistant. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, she quickly advanced to Office Administrator. In this vital role, Stephanie ensures our operations run smoothly and effectively. Her confidence and expertise make her an invaluable part of our team, and we are lucky to have her contributing to our success every day.
Brandy Fravel
Dispatcher
Brandy joined Concrete Imaging, Inc. in 2014 as an administrative assistant. Her hard work and dedication have made her a valuable member of the team. With her desire to learn and grow, Brandy also took on the role of dispatcher, helping to coordinate activities within the company. Additionally, her friendly and helpful attitude makes her a key figure in providing excellent customer service.

Ralph Painter
Lead GPR Technician
Ralph began working for Concrete Imaging, Inc. in December 2023 as a GPR helper. With previous experience as a GPR technician, Ralph quickly excelled in the field. He proved his accuracy and capability as a GPR technician, and his focus and thoroughness detail his journey to becoming a lead GPR technician. Ralph continues to impress with his dependability.
Michael Scull
GPR Helper
Michael joined Concrete Imaging, Inc. in February 2025 as a GPR helper. His determination and hard work have not gone unnoticed, and we look forward to Michael's progress through the training program.
Aidan Harris
Lead GPR Technician
In June of 2022, Aidan began as a GPR helper. Through his continued desire for knowledge, he quickly gained experience and was promoted to a GPR technician. Aidan has shown his knowledge and ability are exceptional resulting in his promotion to Lead GPR Technician. As a Lead GPR technician, Aidan continues to demonstrate knowledge and accuracy in the field.

Lead GPR Technician
Christian began his journey at Concrete Imaging, Inc. as a GPR helper. During this time, he demonstrated his ability to understand and retain information. His efforts paid off when he was promoted to GPR technician. As a GPR technician, his work ethic stood out, and he was soon promoted to lead GPR technician, where he continues to provide accurate and reliable results.

Robert Shoemaker III
Senior Radiographer
Robert joined Concrete Imaging, Inc. in July 2016 as a radiographer's assistant and quickly advanced through the training program. He has successfully completed the Industrial Radiography Radiation Safety Personnel, offered by ASNT, exam multiple times. This earned Robert the title of Senior Radiographer. His integrity and tact make him a natural fit for Industrial Radiography. As a Senior Radiographer, Robert continues to demonstrate his importance to the team.
James Sine Jr.
Senior Radiographer
James began his career with Concrete Imaging, Inc. in July 2015 as a radiographer's helper. He effortlessly grasped the concepts of the industry and the importance of safety. After successfully completing the Industrial Radiographer Radiation Safety Personnel exam administered by ASNT, James was promoted to Industrial Radiographer. Following several successful attempts, he achieved the position of Senior Radiographer. James continues to prove that he is an invaluable asset to Concrete Imaging, Inc.
Jasmine Murphy
Assistant Radiographer
Jasmine started at Concrete Imaging, Inc. as an administrative assistant. Although her clerical skills were exceptional, she expressed interest in the Industrial Radiography industry. Jasmine has impressed her coworkers with her ability to absorb and retain knowledge. After completing the necessary training hours, she successfully fulfilled the requirements to become an Assistant Radiographer. In her role as an Assistant Radiographer, Jasmine continues to excel and demonstrate her value to Concrete Imaging, Inc.
Alexander Frost
Radiographer
Alex began with Concrete Imaging, Inc. in June 2015 as a GPR helper. He quickly grasped and applied his knowledge in the GPR field, eventually becoming a lead GPR technician. Alex was then transferred to the X-ray division to improve production on a large project. He excelled in this role and expressed a desire to work full-time in the X-ray department. Alex successfully completed the Industrial Radiographer Radiation Safety Personnel exam and became an Industrial Radiographer.
